Empowerment Coaching

My name is Karen Rudat. I am an empowerment coach and life path coach. My passion is working with teens and young adults who are struggling to cross that bridge from high school or college into a rich, fulfilling adulthood.

I recognize that every client is an individual with unique gifts. I’m here to help coax your greatness out of hiding, and put you on an exciting, purposeful path that you’ll choose for yourself.

I really “get” kids. I have two young adults of my own. And yet, it seems like just yesterday when I was a bewildered 18-year-old without a clue where I wanted to take my life. I used to wish I was one of those people who was born with a rolled-up map in their hand, knowing exactly where they wanted to go. I have a sister like that. I used to envy her unshakeable sense of direction.

Today, I have the tools and the passion to help young adults who are facing too many choices, have made a wrong choice, or are drawing a blank on their future. This is my gift, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
